Exchange and store credit policy - Gopi Art Emporium
At Gopi Arts, we take great pride in the quality of our products. Since every piece is carefully curated, we currently do not offer cash refunds. However, we want you to love what you receive — so we offer exchanges and store credit to make things right.
When Can You Request an Exchange?
You can raise an exchange request within 8–10 days of receiving your order, provided:

The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact

You have a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video recorded at the time of opening the package
⚠️ Unboxing video is mandatory for all exchange requests. Requests without a valid unboxing video cannot be processed — no exceptions.
Store Credit
If a suitable exchange is not available, we will issue a store credit equivalent to your order value, valid for 6 months from the date of issue. Store credit can be used on any future purchase at Gopi Arts.
Return Shipping
Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.
